booz, i don't trust the stock exchange...me n warnie have got one thing in common, we don't understand it...i am a property investor...i can understand it, get a feel for it...rio and bhp,,,who needs em, what have they ever done???
i have only owned 2 digs...me city quarter acre for 30 quid and me beach shack at byron for 8 quid....i know, i know i overpayed for it, but what the hey????
just wanted to say son that property only ever goes up, they aint makin any more land and it aint gettin cheaper so all you young uns better be workin 3 jobs if you want a place....course we didnt have to, but thats not the point old son
