Watching the 1630 news or 1730 in NSW.
Australia's latest inflation figures have come in at the top end of the RBA's range at 2.7%.
Apparently there will be no more rate cuts and a strong chance of rates rising towards the second half of this year.
The reason given for the increase in inflation was the lower Australian dollar pushing imported prices up.
My Comments.
I think us small investors on this site should be running this country, at least we were saying exactly that weeks ago when the dollar was falling. Really did anyone in the economics industry think anything else was going to happen!!
