You are incorrect about survival time.

I believe 12 month survival rate is about 85%, off the top of my head. Which is better than Thoratec's heartmate II at 77% but not as good as Heartware's 92%. Still much better than older generation models at around 50%.

I may not work in a medical device company but I appear to be better informed than you.
