In essence you are saying
...sure they made some mistakes but really its the fault of the shareholders not supporting them more...

in the end the VCR should take responsibility - they have asked others to put their money in VCR & pay their salaries - if they lose the Shareholder money well the SH just have to cop it. It is a bit rich for them to say you did not support us enough - they should feel bad when they got paid well to lose other people's money
