Definitely a theme. Not sure carbon Tax is a good excuse. Do something about it other than complaining. Sustainability and investment are not mutually exclusive.
The Abu Dhabi model of industrial zones with infrastructure developed, quick permitting within the zone, renewable energy investment. All much more attractive for investment, forward looking and sustainable.
As suggested before perhaps Sudbury is a slower burn process and good for a second P1 or something size wise between 1 and 2 later. But declining investment in the area which I’m pretty sure Joe described as a mining wasteland that needs massive rehabilitation if I recall correctly does raise a few red flags. Sustainable projects such as our P1 should get incentives in that context.
