Yes Chrysalis, it's called the eMR or Electronic Medical Record.
There is a stall set up at work to promote the eMR to patients, visitors and staff.
Very handy if you're on holidays, or in a remote location, and you can't remember every detail of your own healthcare history.
I'm thinking of signing up to it, as I can't see how my medical history would be of interest to any foreign power.
If Indonesia is really that interested in my haemorrhoids, or my history of antibiotic use, they can have it!
I'm sure that the Pharmas etc would already have access to the de-identified metadata.
There are other worse things to worry about in life, such as the adventures of James and Miranda etc!!!
