apologies... I assumed the conversation was revolving around two mining companies. Thus the focus on the tenements.
I would suggest that if you wish to compare a tech company that has a mining project to a mining company, you avoid wandering into mining company threads... they are two very different beasts.
Lets agree to add one more factor then... which could have been in my broad 7 item list.
7 - other non-mining value of the company.
There... happy now ? If you want people to know the value of CLQ.. the best place to do that is on a CLQ thread... pretty much most of the people here are focused on the value of the company who's thread this is about.
Perhaps you should reconsider holding shares in AUZ when you clearly see better value in CLQ ?
