It's my personal feeling that the currently accepted estimates for EV sales in 2025 are a fraction of what we'll actually see.
Once we reach a tipping point whereby EVs are cheaper than ICE vehicles it'll cascade. I think the legalisation of self drive in large jurisdictions will be a massive boost too. Who doesn't want their car to come collect them from the fricken pub instead of calling an Uber?
Also - if people think Uber and their peers ain't gonna cut the drivers out of their business models ASAP they're crazy
