I have been an AUZ holder for 15 months and originally bought it because it was next to Robert Friedland this is still the case they will drill the crap out of Flemington and the pressure will be on CLQ as who wants a fence with big sloping sides separating two pits in maybe the best bit, I reckon it will be sold to CLQ at some stage or jointly developed this is all cream on the pie in my thought process.loving it and thanks Beefy JID and others for their comments in early days.
