If Vanadium can be mined and processed cost effective then yes its vastly profitable, I spent 3 years at a mine which produced magnetite and then further refined it to final product of FerroVanadium Billits
$37,000 a tonne back in 2013,
But it ultimately failed the project, ( plus burnt down) and now sits in care and maintenance due to receivership came in.
It's an extremely difficult process to get right, chemically and process wise, one small variable change can destroy the entire vanadium crystal and turns it into near on impossible to break and sell.
The crystal structure of the final steel billit needs to be perfect otherwise it's to hard to crush and sell.
Unless your selling pure V203 powder. Then you may have a chance.
