Yes for African migrants terrorism is mainly associated with Muslim extremists , but even then level of education is inversely correlated with extremism , making educational ability a good predictor of likely hood of being a terrorist
The level of terrorist education has been discussed in the past. I believe that many of the 9/11 terrorists lived in Europe and were well educated. Most of them were from the ME.
