Scott , I have dual citizenship and I am able to hold both an Australian and British passport. When I decide to travel to the UK , I will leave Australia on an Australian passport and enter the UK on my British passport. I am told that I will have a lot more freedom to move around Europe on a British passport than an Australian one. I’m also advised that while in the UK I have the same rights as any other citizen that lives there.
I don’t particularly need to have British citizenship but unless I am forced to make a choice ,I have no intention of giving it up.
