Are they fully funded or effectively fully funded cause there is a difference. Who is this phantom funder? Id love to meet him. Your explanation gives no confidence to shareholders. CHM has a very dubious future and you really think they will survive till August 2009.
Just thinking maybe a few of the board will get some of the Rudd spending package next week as they are certainly behaving like invalid pensioners....there are some fresh funds you can pay your legal bill with!!
