I was thinking the same about the announcement but i think the only reaon msb put the ann out was because they were presenting to a conference and offerening some data that wasnt known so they ere lagally obliged to inform the market first .It was neither dumb nor trying to offer confidence it was just compliance .... more to come ... i hope!,,
