It's well documented that QTK only have $300K left in the kitty.
But what's even more concerting is that the revnues for the quarter have plumetted by almost half. Revenues were $600K almost half the previous quarter and $400K less then the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Smuggler has consistently maintained that the Australian operations are cash positive and that the model they have means revenues would increase repetitively. This appears to be another furphy. The only quarter they could argue this was when they forgave a loan worth $1mill+ and put it in the revenue column.
So China is finished, it looks like even with all those new products Australia is finished. The equation is simple now. South Africa is successful or its all over.
Almost every continent has been targetted by QTK now and every adventure has failed. What are the chances of success with South Africa. Very little one would think.
I give it to Smuggler, he will be arguing the merits of QTK till the end. That's dedication to the (lost) cause.
