As expected the opposition to the Australian patent has been thrown out so we can expect the patent to be granted in 4 weeks time.


As no Statement of Grounds and Particulars was filed by 21 February 2021 the Commissioner of Patents has
dismissed the above opposition on 15 March 2021.
This will be advertised in the Australian Official Journal of Patents Supplement, dated 1 April 2021.
A patent will be granted by 15 April 2021.
