    Cutting down trees for timber.
    Laying asphalt on roads.
    Pouring concrete.
    Laying bricks.
    Etc.

    But we can't live without it.

    You wanna live in a cave shivering until you die of starvation or exposure, nothing stopping you saving the planet you go for it.
