his name is bevan moyen. he has taken his case to london, house of lords, and was given time to submit, but havent heard of a result. he tried explaining his case one day, but i got bamboozled. a very erudite chap, convinced of his argument. havent looked but doubt he,d come up on any web page. did have a supreme court? case against the qld govt some years back.
