I find it loopy people wanting a virgin government to have a massive majority in parliament.
Virgin governments should be on probation. If they perform, then give them a massive majority in the 2nd term.
I have found conservative voters to be closet admirers of dictatorships. They don't like minor parties drawing votes away from the duopoly, and they don't like the main opposing party existing.
