Who cares if the price is right?
Problem with a conventional bid premium at the current SP is it wouldn’t be attractive to anyone.
Ruane has paid for most of his shares, very few freebies and for some he paid a high price. His average must be close to current market price, perhaps higher.
A significant number of holders will have a much higher buy price.
The current MC is 1/6 AMN.
