Well said and 100% accurate. I agree with you hand have been saying this for quite some time now.
Will management try to give themselves another bonus ? Of course they do. What would you do if you know you have dumb shareholders that let you steal every penny while you dont deliver anything.
The only way to stop it is to vote No. And we must have everyone (who chooses to) vote no instead of hoping "others will do it for me. I personally want them out and a clean cut - it might be painful but at least you dont bleed to death.IMO
