Please pardon me if I did not read the whole thread.I think though that property prices in some pockets in Australia like melbourne and some areas that I personally know,are simply insane.However,it seems to me everything is grabbed by foreign people that have not even seen the properties.They are certainly able to pay any price since where they live properties are even more expensive and here they seem cheap in comparison.What we see then is the pushing out of the local population by foreigners,simply winning the land w/out war.
