Thanks for the advice without the insults of other posters Hara.
I am cautious about the future of the property markets and was careful not to not try to predict the future - there's enough people on this thread doing that!
My point was that the experts got it wrong once and they can get it wrong again (in fact getting it wrong seems to be the only thing the experts are expert at!).
I have reduced my exposure to property and targeted my current investments to the entry level end of the property market which I feel has less risk than the high end.
I'll come back to the thread in four to five years and let you know how it went went
