Following on from a recent article published by The Guardian Australia, I'd really like to get the conversation started on the subject of the 'housing bubble.' You can see from the subsequent comments that it sparked a somewhat heated debate on potential solutions, to ease the pressure on Australian's new financial pressures, or whether or not we are in a bubble in the first place?

With Australia now within some of the highest household debt numbers on the planet, this situation is (allegedly) spiralling out of control as well as potentially closing the door on younger Australian's chances of being able to afford a roof over their heads, however insatiable their appetites for smashed avocado on toast.

What are your thoughts on the future of property in this country?
Are the Government doing enough to manage the situation?
