Good analysis of Dexus which answered to my point about offices.
At 30/6/23, office occupancy rate in Australia CBD continued to decrease.
But, the A-Reit office vacancy rate stabilised in June 23 (vs Dec 22).

Also interesting to look at the recent update (Q1 24) for GOZ (office occupancy rate increased from 90 % at 30/6/23 to 92 % at 30/9/23) and COF (slight deterioration of its office occupancy rate at 96.7 % at 30/9/23 vs 97.1 % at 30/6/23).
