So... you are saying just because you're renting & own non-property related stocks... other investors can't hold a winning property stocks or own their own houses for a decade or more? Seriously?

Then I can also say, why don't you become a doctor/surgeon/dentist? They make great incomes.

I'm a multi decades home owner, just like other 70% of all Australian. We are not idiots..... we work hard & pay taxes.
