A world wide recession I tip, but to keep it to Oz, as the gap widens between the rich and the poor, as more become poor, (on salaries over $60k), we will see, I believe a slide toward civil unrest. A bit like Robin Hood but more personal: (hey they have plasmas, eat out, well "f" them I'm going to take what they have). The Cronulla riots in Sydney were more about rich and poor than ethnic issues, so a taste of things to come, unless, Big Brother fixes it. In 1984 one means of control was the rewriting of history.
