rab, most of the trouble in Victoria and NSW was they insisted on the very cheapest deal with 12 month warranty only and were too lousy to pay for proper maintainance contracts by the suppliers. They did peicemeal maintainance themselves and they're only now realising why it has bitten them on the bum.

Dont be surprised to see in the near future both the Vic and NSW governments go to proper, comprehensive, long term (and fairly expensive) maintainance agreements with one or several companies. With Redflex now owning the Poltech IP Redflex should have a very good chance.
