Sorry to hear you've been stung by both of these coys, Harvey - but I don't think you're a mug, nor should your wife. Hard lesson learned, absolutely, but it's also a lesson should never have been dealt to you in the first instance if the Australian regulator was serious about promoting confident and informed participation by investors to restore the integrity of our financial markets.
If I were in your position I would probably be considering talking to someone at Maurice Blackburn.
Don't hold your breathe for Priority One either mate - there's a lot of history behind that one too, and it's definitely not favorable to your cause.
