EARLY uranium production is the target at a newly acquired property in Colorado. According to Black Range Minerals (BLR), previous drilling at the Taylor Ranch project, 30km from Canon City, has produced intersections of up to 3.767 per cent uranium. It claims to be looking at producing uranium there in the foreseeable future. Of four licensed uranium mills in the US, Taylor Ranch is the only one at Canon and lies along strike from the high-grade Hanson deposit containing 13,600 tonnes of uranium.
