That's what happened when democracy fighting 19 century society and try to apply 21 century laws. Ridiculous.
There are only two laws over there:
1- eye for eye
2- money
Instead of wasting money on lawyers , pay the poor families.
It is war and poor guys will live with what happened all their life.I am sorry for them, I was in army and in doesn't matter what precaution you do accidents happen, even I hate that sterile word "collateral damage", that what happened.
