    H.C. Wainwright & Co. was the exclusive placement agent for the Novogen offerings both in December 2014 and April 2015 and now has reaffirmed a buy recommendation.

    imo, be very cautious of buy recommendations made by those who have had direct involvement with capital raisings via placements to institutions
