Australian Super exit. BCI to become major holder, page-2

    Tbf this is not really good news, BCI is over 3 years away from first shipment, let alone sustained free cashflow, and don't have cash on the ready for any raisings, etc.

    Honestly, Aus Super would be the preferred investor, with their massive cash piles.

    Either this is Aus Super running for the exit (most likely, Considering they're basically selling HFR and AMN shares at 33% off (their notes redemption rate are at a 50% premium to the current BCI price) or BCI were desperate to add 2 more investments when they have one major one to begin (which is unlikely seeing the 33% discount)

    Imo, this is clearly aus super exiting. Will be interesting if they plan to buy back in through the upcoming AMN cap raise?
