Since Australian Super launched its new portal on 15 November 2023, I have been unable to access my account based pension online; and according to independent news reports, a great many others have been similarly affected.
In the face of this fiasco, Australian Super, from mid-November to this present day, have been more secretive than transparent.
I have not received a single update from them.
I have not been told how many members have been affected.
I have not been told if any affected members have had their online access restored.
I have not been told how many members are still affected.
I have not been told what progress, if any, has been made in fixing this problem.
I have no idea when, or if, I'll ever have online access again!
