The problem is when you ring you are usually only speaking to a very young person on the phone who does not understand the implications of losses buying / selling opportunities. It’s very frustrating. They can never tell you when the system is going to be back out working again. it’s always a wait and see game. But what can you do? QSuper is the same, So I’m assuming that this problem must be across all the super funds. I really don’t think anything is going to change and I really don’t think there’s too much we can do about it. Sadly, we all just have to wear it I think. You might be right there. Thanks for sharing your experience. The best we can do then, is look on the bright side and hope that the shares we were going to buy will go down next trading days, and the sells will go up. Aggravation is not a good mindset for trading.
