You guy should try making a complaint with aus super if you havent already, a case manager will get assigned and investigate the matter on you behalf, if unsuccessful mediation here, you could always lodge a complaint with AFCA to investigate your complaint.
If you do this it will be a long process though.

My aus super account both desktop and app work fine.
Thats why i'm surprised your accounts arent working.
