Looking at 7 year daily PEH chart it shows a big higher 'open window gap' between 25-31c to fill/close (from mid 2009) at some stage.. (as I'm a believer that chart open gaps eventually do get filled even if years later on as seen it happen time and time again)..... Gut feeling is this could happen soon (in terms of our FA and TA aligning up for sp re-rate imho) but as always please dyor
