They are up against other finalists that do sound like they have some great sounding technology
so it would be very hard for the judges to decide a winner out of them all:

BUT even if they don't get the actual final accolade see below from the website in that they ALL win anyway:

'All Semi Finalists are invited to join the November Trade Mission to help find Customers, Partners and Investors.
In 2013, we went to Hong Kong, Nanjing, Shanghai and Singapore. The companies that participated received over $10,000 worth of benefits and generated over $150m worth of potential contracts.'

So.... EDEN would still be joining in the promotional Trade Mission tour in November with the others.
