well well well...i called the Australian treasury and they ARE...

    well well well...i called the Australian treasury and they ARE NOT AWARE of any loan provided to srilanka for waste disposal units, they said there is an Aus aid program which the government provides but not aware of any direct program for clinical waste...the guy said all foreign investment dealings are on the website http://www.treasury.gov.au/ and if its not on there it doesnt exist.

    SO MACCA WHERE IS THE LOAN DOCUMENT?! WHERE IS THE PROOF?!
