unis for a start are priced out of the range of the average kid/parent and as a result few will attempt to go there second the unis themselves have been charging exhorbitant fees that only the rich foreigners can afford.
those foreigners come here because our education system is easier than that in their own country and often they are second rate as the best of the best have already secured their places in the unis at home
