After stumbling another week Prime Minister finaly said what Australian values are
Among them
1. Fair go
2. Give a helping hand to thouse in need
3. Mutual respect
How is it relevant to property? In th last say 10 years Goverments did not deliver on Australian values
1. Assist foreigners in parking their cash in Australian property. Often cash is just dirty money and Gov does not sign anti money laoundering act and enforce implementation of it.
2. Assist investors with special tax concessions vs first home buys. It make my heart bleed when i see somebody at auctions with 2 babies Vs investor buys 4th investment proprty.
