    That sounds familiar.

    If everyone becomes winner, then who is the loser?
    IMO, the answer would be the financial system, which will collapse in due course.

    Talking about equity in this system? It is BS, IMO. Just an example: The government uses all tax payers, current or future, to provides guarantees to benefit banks and the mortgage holders by artificially reducing the risk of those loans to retain better credit ratings (currently still AAA?, credit rating is another BS because it is a very very lag indicator).

    International big lenders of Australian banks' offshore funding must have understood Australian's higher risk in it banking industry. That explains why Australian banks recently raised its lending rates without RBA raising its cash rate.

    Interesting time ahead. Time will let us know who is winner and who is loser.
