Ummm even if rates go up by 0.25% in future (which is doubtful considering non existing wage growth) wouldn't the services of APT become more popular???? I would have thought a rising rate environment would benefit a company providing consumers the choice of interest free repayments. I bet your risk free rates in your DCF models dont account for that. DCF itself is a joke...you can practically create any outcome that you want. All the inputs are so subjective.
