that's a fair call about the American comment, but as I said it's just how I read the reasoning for coming here to 'spread the word', so to speak. Only my own interpretation and not a personal thing.
I've since heard some more favourable comments about their newsletters. My response was largely in relation to one webpage, but understand there is more to this company.
