Gosh - never thought I'd agree with anything Marr came up with - but he's right on this one.
The labor clowns are attempting to bring this tawded act in order to surpress criticism of their incompetence and corruption. Julia with her miserable record would be especially keen to get it in (the example given in the interview illustrates why).
