Didn't a majority of Lib pollies vote Peta/Tony out.

The chickens came home to roost. Peta was preventing scared chickens telling Tony that they were scared. Tony, not being very bright, thought he was surrounded by great yes-men. Chickens saw that the nasty Press was in love with Malcolm and thought that under his leadership they could keep their seats.

Malcolm is trying to pretend that he is not a weak kneed pacifist. He is not very good at it, much like how Trump is pretending to be a Conservative.

He jagged a big win with his tax plan as it exposed the states as pathetic cowardly whining squealers. Yet he is unable, so far, to prosecute this win.

Pragmatists see that with Malcolm we may keep 75% of Tony's policies but with Tony it will be 0%.
