Yes but the $21 is what the Australian energy companies get it for before they on sell it to the Australian public...
If that is the case........why does the arab states have such low prices for themselves ie petrol, diesel, gas......an charge more to overseas suppliers....ie china and india, USA, Europe etc...
When the price and availability affects Australian business, manufacturing and all facets of Australian way of life, ie from baking bread and making pies, to energy for the poor old pensioner.......a strategic resource act needs to be implement for the countries people...
