what are the returns if you had your cash in a US bank - isn't it below 2%? And if you bought one of these homes, did some reno' work and then put some tenants in you'd be looking at 10-15% returns per annum? Looks like a no brainer - so good that most aren't bothering because there's a catch - the falling knife to catch effect.
