If an agreement of employment is signed in a country that we have economic and political ties with there is nothing with that greensfield agreement in paying that person in their own currency from where they travelled from to work in Australia.
I can under the contract bring into Australia X amount of contractors and that have employee's and have a PRIVATE agreement that no enforcement of law in this country can see even, presently this happens.The only government organisation that can intercede is the taxation dept.---- and that is to comply with the tax law's,such as super co-contributions and other tax arrangements.
CONTRACTUALLY if a contractor has done the deal off shore and is legally binding according to the law's in this country you can't stop it------- sorry folks this free slave agreement will now lower our standards and the tax off shore not paid here will make us poorer.
