Agree Kincella,I think the game is now that a lot of cheap interest money from O/S will have a big impact.
Accepting that, the interesting thing is what and where these 21st. century high rise slums will pop up.
Melbourne has a great potential with its radial real estate spread of almost 360 degree's for high rise slums for the 21st century.
